PG or Co-Living? 18 Questions to Ask Before Paying the Booking Amount
Look beyond the furnished room and compare food, electricity, curfew, visitors, refunds, security and the real monthly bill.
A PG can look inexpensive because furniture, housekeeping or meals appear bundled into one figure. The actual experience depends on the rules and exclusions behind that figure. Ask the same questions at every property so a bright lobby does not outweigh a poor contract or an overcrowded room.

Spend ten minutes with current residents
When appropriate, ask a current resident about food consistency, water, internet at peak hours, deposit refunds and response time for repairs. One calm conversation often reveals the gap between the tour and ordinary life.
